POSTCARD ART EXHIBIT 2024 FAQs: All details are included in your member pages. Please log in and find "Artist Checklist 2024" in the drop-down menu under your login name. These pages also include the address to send your artwork and the submission materials accepted.

After you filled out our registration form below, you received your confirmation ticket number to include with your artwork.

To help us track your artwork, registration for the POSTCARD ART EXHIBIT is managed through a ticket system. While this number/letter combination isn't required for admission to the opening or exhibition, it’s attached to the back of your card and used as the SKU in our shop, allowing us to identify your piece for shipping to its buyer.

HOW WE CONTACT YOU: We will contact you with updates using the email address you provide in your Member Profile. You can edit your email address on your account page, but you can't change your login email. If you no longer use your login email, please create a new account with your new email address.

THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER WAS JULY 23, 2024 at midnight CDT (Texas Time).

REQUIRED ARTWORK DIMENSIONS:  13 cm x 17.5 cm (5 in x 7 in)

SUBMISSION DEADLINES: Artwork must have ARRIVED by June 28, 2024, to be included in our PRINT CATALOG, after which artwork must have been postmarked by July 29, 2024, for inclusion in the LIVE EXHIBITION and ONLINE SALES ONLY. *Residents had until August 28 to hand-deliver artwork for inclusion in the exhibition.

Opening Gala Pre-Sale for attending artists and VIPs : Sep 21, 2024 - 1-2pm CDT

For participating Artists, Dignitaries & VIP ticket holders. It's important that you RSVP here prior to attending.

Opening ceremony and ribbon-cutting starts at 2pm.

Grand Opening to the General Public : Sep 21, 2024 - 2-4pm CDT

Free admission.

On September 22, the exhibition will be open from 11 am to 2 pm, and then Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The artwork will remain on display until October 10, 2024.

Online Sale: Sep 24 at 11 am DST - Oct 22, 2024 at 11 am CDT
